The JRX218S is a passive subwoofer and requires an external amplifier. Connect your amplifier's output to one of the SpeakON inputs on the rear panel of the subwoofer. The two SpeakON inputs are wired in parallel, allowing for easy daisy-chaining to another passive speaker or subwoofer. Ensure your amplifier can safely drive a 4-ohm load.

Inspect these periodically for any signs of damage. Minor scuffs on the carpet can often be brushed out. Do not attempt to remove the grille unless you are qualified service personnel.
