The ARDO Calypso-to-Go breast pump features 64 individual settings for vacuum and cycle to ensure a comfortable and efficient pumping experience.

2. Adjust Vacuum (Suction Strength): Use the "Vacuum" up (▲) і ўніз (▼) buttons to increase or decrease the suction strength. Start with a low setting and gradually increase to a comfortable level.
3. Adjust Cycles (Frequency): Use the "Cycles" up (▲) і ўніз (▼) buttons to adjust the pumping frequency. Higher cycles are often used for let-down, while lower cycles are for milk expression.
4. Find Your Ideal Setting: Experiment with different combinations of vacuum and cycle settings to find what works best for your body. The goal is effective milk expression without discomfort.
5. Shabbat Mode: The Calypso is Shabbat-mode capable with an external Shabbat clock (not included). Refer to the specific instructions for using this feature if applicable.
