3.2 Mounting the Hour Meter
The hour meter can be mounted directly onto a vibrating part of your equipment using the provided double-sided tape. Choose a location that experiences consistent vibration during operation and is easily visible.

3.3 Signal Wire Installation (if applicable for wired models)
While the RL-HM016B is wireless and vibration-activated, some models may include a signal wire for spark plug induction. If your model includes a signal wire, wrap one end into the card slot on the back of the hour meter and wrap the other end around the spark plug wire 5 times. Secure it with a cable tie. Ensure the pick-up wire does not make contact with the engine directly.
