3. Настройка

Follow these steps to set up your Kreg KMA2700 Accu-Cut Circular Saw Track:

  1. Assemble the Guide Tracks: Connect the two 26.5" aluminum guide tracks using the provided track connectors. Ensure they are securely joined to achieve the desired length for your cut.
  2. Attach the Universal Saw Sled: Place your circular saw onto the universal saw sled. Secure the saw to the sled using the integrated clamps and screws. Ensure the saw blade is properly aligned with the sled's guide edge. The sled is designed to accommodate most left- or right-handed circular saws.
  3. Position the Starting Block: Attach the starting block to the guide track. This block helps position and align your saw at the beginning of the cut, ensuring a confident start.
  4. Align the Track: Place the assembled guide track on your material. The anti-slip guide strips on the underside of the track will help hold it firmly in place without the need for additional clamps for many applications. Align the edge of the track with your marked cut line.

  • Making Straight Cuts: Once your circular saw is mounted on the sled and the guide track is aligned with your cut line, simply push the saw along the track. The grooves in the sled ensure the saw tracks perfectly straight. The dual anti-chip strips hug the blade and cut line, minimizing splintering for clean edges.
  • Cross, Rip, and Angled Cuts: The system supports cross-cutting, rip-cutting, and angled cuts up to 50 inches long. For angled cuts, adjust your circular saw's base to the desired angle before placing it on the sled.
