1. Unboxing and Initial Cleaning

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The package includes one dispenser and one PUR PLUS filter.

Before first use, wash all parts of the dispenser (except the filter) with mild soap and water. The dispenser reservoir, lid, and handle are dishwasher safe. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Filter Preparation and Installation

1. Remove the PUR PLUS filter from its packaging.
2. Submerge the filter in cold water for 15 minutes to prime it. This helps remove air bubbles and ensures optimal filtration.
3. Insert the primed filter into the filter housing in the dispenser's upper reservoir. Twist the filter clockwise until it locks securely into place. The LockFit™ design ensures a tight seal, preventing unfiltered water from bypassing the filter.
4. Ensure the filter is fully seated to prevent leaks and ensure proper filtration.

1. Filling the Dispenser

Open the lid of the dispenser. Fill the upper reservoir with cold tap water. The water will slowly filter through to the lower reservoir. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.

3. Filter Change Indicator Light

The dispenser is equipped with a smart indicator light to remind you when to replace the filter for optimal performance.

1. Cleaning the Dispenser

Regular cleaning of your dispenser is recommended. All parts, except the filter, are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
