For accurate results, ensure you are barefoot and the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. It is recommended to test at a consistent time of day, such as in the morning before eating or exercising.

1. Ensure the InBody app is open on your smartphone and connected to the scale.
2. Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the designated foot electrodes.
3. Pick up the handle electrode and hold it firmly with both hands, ensuring your thumbs are on the thumb electrodes and your palms are on the palm electrodes. Keep your arms straight and slightly away from your body.
4. Remain still and quiet during the measurement. The test will take approximately 10 seconds.
5. Your results will be displayed on the scale's screen and automatically synced to the InBody app on your phone.
