4.1. Motor Wheel Installation

Replace your bicycle's existing rear wheel with the HALLOMOTOR hub motor wheel. Ensure the wheel is properly aligned in the dropouts and secured with axle nuts. The hub dropout width for this motor is 155mm.

4.2. Controller Mounting

Mount the intelligent sine-wave controller in a secure and protected location on your bicycle frame, away from direct water spray and physical impact. Ensure adequate ventilation for heat dissipation.

4.3. Display and Controls Installation

Install the RSM-750c color display on the handlebars in a position that is easily visible and accessible. Mount the twist throttle on the right handlebar. Install the D700 hydraulic disc brake levers, ensuring they are properly aligned and the power cut-off wires are connected.

4.4. PAS Sensor Installation

Install the Pedelec Assistant Sensor (PAS) on the bicycle's bottom bracket, ensuring the magnetic disc is correctly positioned to detect pedal rotation. This sensor enables motor assistance when pedaling.

4.5. Alarm System Installation

Mount the alarm system unit in a discreet and secure location. Connect it according to the wiring diagram provided with the alarm unit. Test the remote start and motor lock functions after installation.

To power on the system, press and hold the power button on the RSM-750c display. To power off, press and hold the same button until the display turns off.

5.2. RSM-750c Display Functions

The 750c display provides real-time information and allows for system configuration. Key functions include:

5.4. Twist Throttle

The twist throttle provides on-demand motor power, independent of pedaling. Twist the throttle towards you to accelerate. Release to decelerate. Use the throttle responsibly and be aware of your surroundings.

5.5. Hydraulic Disc Brakes with Power Cut-off

The D700 hydraulic disc brakes offer strong and reliable stopping power. When the brake levers are engaged, the integrated power cut-off function will momentarily disable the motor, ensuring safe braking.
