1. Program ON/OFF Periods:

   The dial is divided into 15-minute segments. To set a period when the appliance should be ON, push down the corresponding segments around the dial. To set a period when the appliance should be OFF, leave the segments in the up position. You can set up to 48 ON/OFF cycles per day.

   Exampль: To turn an appliance ON from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, push down the segments from 7 to 8 on the dial.
