• Plug the appliance into a 110V power outlet.
• Adjust the speed dial on top of the motor body to your desired setting (1-12).
• Press and hold the Power button (I) to operate at the selected speed.
• For a burst of maximum power, press and hold the TURBO button. Release to stop.

Immersion Blending

Ideal for making salsas, shakes, smoothies, baby food, and pureeing soups directly in the pot.

• Attach the immersion blending shaft.
• Submerge the blade guard into the ingredients.
• Press the Power or TURBO button to begin blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even results.
