Powering the Unit (Battery Installation)

The Walkabout II operates on two (2) "AA" batteries (included). An AC power adapter (not included) can also be used.

1. Ensure the unit is powered on (batteries inserted or AC adapter connected).

Recording to Cassette Tape

The Walkabout II supports recording from the built-in microphone, an external microphone (via Mic Jack), or directly from the AM/FM radio.

2. To record from Built-in Microphone: Set the Function Switch to "TAPE". Press the ЗАПІС button (usually combined with PLAY, often red). Speak clearly into the built-in microphone.
