• Do not install a T-wrench before connecting the gas meter to the cylinder.
• Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Use appropriate tools for tightening.
• Slowly open the valve of the gas cylinder after connecting the regulator.
• For safety, when the pressure value on the low-pressure gauge reaches or approaches 450 PSI, the relief valve of the gas meter may open. This is a normal function to release excess pressure and may sound like a leak, but it is not a malfunction.
• Never exceed the maximum rated pressure of the regulator or connected equipment.

Follow these steps to properly set up your nitrogen regulator:

1. Connect Regulator to Nitrogen Cylinder: Ensure the nitrogen cylinder valve is closed. Connect the CGA580 inlet connection of the regulator to the nitrogen cylinder valve. Hand-tighten first, then use an appropriate wrench to secure the connection firmly. Do not overtighten.
