7.1. Immersion Blending

1. Attach the immersion blender to the wand base.
2. Submerge the immersion blender head into the ingredients. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line to prevent splashing.
3. Press and hold the power button to start. Adjust the speed using the variable speed dial.
4. Move the blender gently up and down and in circles to ensure even blending.
