Always operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far away from windows, doors, and vents to prevent carbon monoxide accumulation. Carbon monoxide is an odorless, colorless gas that can cause serious injury or death. The generator is equipped with COsense Technology, which automatically shuts down the unit if hazardous levels of carbon monoxide are detected. Ensure the exhaust is pointed away from occupied areas.

The low-oil pressure shutdown feature will prevent the engine from starting or running if the oil level is too low.

Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. The fuel tank has a large capacity of 14.2 Imperial Gallons (approximately 17 US gallons). Fill the tank slowly to avoid spills. 4.3 Monitoring and Shutdown
