Before beginning installation, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. It is recommended to lay out all components on a clean, flat surface to verify all parts are present and to plan your desired hexagon pattern.

1. Assembling the Hexagon Pattern

• Identify the different types of light tubes and connectors. The kit includes various connectors (Y, V, straight, 90-degree, T) to allow for flexible pattern creation.
• Connect the light tubes using the appropriate connectors. The transparent connectors allow for easy visual confirmation of proper electrical contact. Simply push the light tube ends into the connectors until they snap securely into place.
• Assemble your desired hexagon pattern on the floor. For the 5-grid non-dimmable model, you will typically form a honeycomb structure. Refer to the included Installation Guide for suggested patterns and component counts.
• Once assembled, temporarily connect the power cord to the assembled light structure and plug it into a standard outlet to test functionality before permanent mounting. This ensures all connections are secure and lights are working correctly.

2. Mounting to the Ceiling

• Determine the exact placement of your assembled hexagon light structure on the ceiling. Mark the positions where the mounting clips will be installed.
• Secure the metal mounting clips to the ceiling using the provided screws and drywall anchors (if applicable). Ensure the clips are firmly attached to support the light structure's weight.
• Carefully lift the assembled hexagon light structure and snap it into the mounted clips. The clips are designed to hold the light tubes securely.
• Connect the power cord to your electrical system. The kit provides options for either hardwiring into an existing electrical box or plugging into a standard outlet. If hardwiring, ensure proper electrical safety procedures are followed or consult a qualified electrician.
