5. Настройка

1. Падключэнне да ноўтбука: Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the docking station to a compatible USB-C port on your Windows laptop.
2. Падключэнне харчавання (неабавязкова, але рэкамендуецца): For optimal performance, especially when using multiple displays or high-power devices, connect a 100W (or above) USB-C PD power adapter to the USB-C PD Input Port on the docking station. This will also provide pass-through charging to your laptop.
3. Падключэнне дысплеяў: Connect your monitors to the HDMI and/or DisplayPort outputs on the docking station. The docking station supports triple display for Windows systems.
4. Install DisplayLink Driver (if necessary): For triple display functionality on Windows, or extended display on macOS, you may need to install the DisplayLink Manager driver. Visit the official DisplayLink website (synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads) to download the latest driver for your operating system.

Display Configuration (Windows)

The docking station supports triple display for Windows systems, allowing for extended or mirrored modes across multiple monitors. This enhances multitasking capabilities significantly.

Note: macOS systems do not support triple-display mode; they can only extend one display with connected monitors under the extension mode.

The USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports (1 USB-C and 2 USB-A) offer data transfer speeds up to 10Gbps, enabling rapid file transfers. For example, a 20GB file can be transferred in approximately 20 seconds.

The convenient screen-lock button on top of the docking station allows you to instantly secure your sensitive information by locking your display(s). Press once for Windows systems, or twice for macOS.

The USB-C PD port supports a maximum 100W power input, providing pass-through charging to your laptop with an output of up to 85W. Ensure you use a 100W adapter when the device is fully loaded.

• Data Transmission Issues with Multiple Hard Drives: Connect a 100W PD Charger if the docking station is fully loaded or connected to multiple high-power hard drives to avoid power supply issues.
• How to Turn Off the Indicator Light: Press and hold the top button to deactivate the front indicator light.
• DELL Computer Power Warning with Third-Party Chargers: Some DELL PD protocols are proprietary, causing low-voltage charging reminders with third-party chargers. This doesn't affect normal charging.
