2. Loading Thermal Labels

The Anycash Y812 printer supports thermal labels with a width of 1.57" to 4.3" (40-104mm), including common 4"x6" shipping labels. Ensure you use direct thermal labels as this printer does not require ink or toner.

Bluetooth Connection (iOS & Android)

1. Download the "FlashLabel" application from your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

For desktop computers, connect the printer using the provided USB cable. Please note that Mac OS exclusively operates through USB connection; Bluetooth printing is not supported for Mac OS.

2. For Mobile Devices (via FlashLabel app):

   • Adjust the label as needed within the app (e.g., rotate, crop).

   • Tap "Print now" to send the label to the printer.
3. For Computers (via USB):

The print head is a critical component and should be cleaned periodically to maintain print quality. Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) to gently wipe the print head surface. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and resuming operation.
