This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up and operating your ZWP Universal Remote Control, model RCR503BR. This remote is designed to control up to three devices, including TVs, DVD/VCR players, Satellite Receivers, Cable Boxes, and Digital TV Converters, compatible with most major remote brands, including RCA.

The RCR503BR remote offers a palm-sized, ergonomic design for comfortable use and precise control over long distances.

Ўстаноўка акумулятара

Your RCR503BR universal remote requires two AAA alkaline batteries (sold separately). For optimal performance and to prevent damage, always use new, good quality batteries and dispose of old batteries properly.

1. Turn the unit over and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert the batteries, matching the positive (+) and negative (-) marks inside the battery case.

Праграмаванне вашага пульта

Your ZWP Universal Remote can be programmed using two methods: Direct Code Entry or Auto Code Search. It is recommended to try Direct Code Entry first if you have a list of codes for your devices.

This method requires you to manually enter a 4-digit code corresponding to your device's brand. Refer to the enclosed code list (not provided in this manual, typically found in the product packaging) for your specific device codes.

1. Manually turn on the component (e.g., TV, DVD player) you wish to program the remote to operate.
2. Find the 4-digit code for your device's brand in the provided code list.

5. Press and release the corresponding device key (TV, DVD VCR, або SAT CBL DTC). The indicator light will flash once and then remain lit.
6. Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit code for your device. As you press each digit, the indicator light will flash once.
7. If the code is correct, the indicator light will turn off directly, saving the setting and exiting programming mode. If the code is incorrect, the indicator light will flash quickly five times, and you will need to re-enter the code.
8. Aim the remote at the component and press the УЛАДА button. The component should turn off. If it does not, try other codes listed for your brand, or proceed to Method 2.

Note: If the indicator light flashes multiple times during code entry, it indicates an invalid code. Start from step 2 again. If no operation is performed for 20 seconds during setup, the indicator will flash five times and exit without saving.

Use this method if your device's brand is not listed in the code list, or if the direct code entry method was unsuccessful.

4. Press and release the corresponding device key (TV, DVD VCR, або SAT CBL DTC). The indicator light will flash once and then remain lit.
5. Націсніце і адпусціце УЛАДА button. The indicator light will flash once, entering the auto search state. The remote will send a series of "POWER" codes. The indicator light will flash once for each code sent.
6. Observe your device. When the device turns off, immediately press the УВОД key to save the code and exit programming mode. You must press УВОД within 4 seconds, or the remote will exit setup without saving. The indicator light will turn off directly upon successful saving.
7. Try the other keys on the remote to ensure full functionality. If it is incorrect or not all functions work, repeat the auto search process until the correct code is found.

Note: During the search process, pressing the УЛАДА button continuously can switch from automatic search to manual search (each press searches one group of codes). If no key operation occurs for more than 4 seconds, it will automatically revert to auto search. After a full search cycle, if no code is found, the indicator will flash five times and exit without saving.

Once programmed, your ZWP Universal Remote can control your selected devices. Ensure the remote is aimed directly at the device's sensor.

To control a specific device, press the corresponding device button at the top of the remote:

• TV: For your television.
• DVD VCR: For DVD players or VCRs.
• SAT CBL DTC: For satellite receivers, cable boxes, or digital TV converters.

Once a device button is pressed, the remote will send commands for that specific device until another device button is selected.

The МЕНЮ function allows you to make changes to selected settings on your device. The functionality of the menu may vary by brand and device type.

To use the Menu function:

1. Press the component button (TV, DVD VCR, або SAT CBL DTC) whose menu you wish to access.

3. While in Menu mode, the directional pad (up/down/left/right) and УВОД key are typically used for navigation and selection.
4. To exit the menu mode, press the corresponding component button on the remote (TV, DVD VCR, або SAT CBL DTC).

Special Notes for Menu Use:

• For RCA, GE, and PROSCAN TVs, pressing the МЕНЮ key selects the highlighted item. Numeric keys may also be used to select menu choices.
• For SONY components, pressing the УВОД key while in Menu Mode returns to the previous menu.

1. Use the number keys to enter the main channel number (e.g., "59").
