The Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro robot vacuum and mop system is engineered for comprehensive home cleaning with minimal user intervention. It features advanced technologies to effectively capture debris, tackle stubborn stains, and navigate various floor types. 2. Base Station Placement and Setup

Place the NeverTouch Pro Base on a hard, level surface against a wall, ensuring adequate clearance around it for the robot to dock and maneuver. Plug the base station into a power outlet. The base station is designed for hands-free operation, managing debris and water for up to 60 days (debris) and 30 days (water).

Attach the side brushes to the robot. Ensure the mopping pad is correctly installed if you plan to use the mopping function immediately. The robot comes with a Lithium Ion battery pre-installed and charged.

4. App Installation and Home Mapping

Download the SharkClean app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network. The robot will then perform an initial mapping run of your home using its advanced 3D sensor and 360° LiDAR technology. This map allows for precise navigation, obstacle avoidance, and enables features like setting no-go zones and target cleaning areas.

The robot offers various cleaning modes accessible via the SharkClean app:

For thorough edge and corner cleaning, EdgeDetect technology blasts air to push debris from edges into the vacuum's path. When mopping, the pad extends up to an inch for edge-to-edge cleaning.

Carpet Avoidance (Mopping)

When mopping, the NeverStuck Technology lifts the mopping pad above carpets to prevent wet messes, ensuring only hard floors are mopped.

Self-Emptying

The robot automatically empties collected debris into the bagless NeverTouch Pro Base after each vacuuming run. The base has a 60-day debris capacity, significantly reducing the frequency of manual emptying.

Self-Refilling

The base automatically refills the robot's water tank for mopping, providing up to 30 days of hands-free water management.

Mopping Pad Wash & Dry

After every cleaning run, the base washes and dries the mopping pad, ensuring it's clean and ready for the next use. This feature provides up to 30 days of maintenance-free mopping pad care.
