This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Ciays 21-Inch Propane Fire Pit. This portable fire pit is designed for outdoor use, offering a 58,000 BTU heat output and a cast iron grill grate. It features folding legs for easy transport and storage, and a Piezo electric ignition system for reliable lighting.

The fire pit is CSA-certified, allowing for use during wood campfire bans in designated areas. Its design prioritizes a clean, smoke-free flame for comfortable outdoor gatherings.

1. Распакаванне і першапачатковы агляд

• Акуратна дастаньце ўсе кампаненты з упакоўкі.
• Inspect all parts for any signs of damage. Do not assemble or operate if any parts are damaged.
• Unfold the legs of the fire pit. Ensure they are securely locked into place for stability.

2. Placing Lava Rocks

• Distribute the provided lava rocks evenly over the burner area inside the fire pit bowl.
• Ensure the burner holes are not completely covered to allow for proper gas flow and flame distribution.

3. Connecting the Propane Tank

• Place your 20 lb propane tank (not included) on the provided tank holder for stability.
• Connect the pre-assembled 10 ft gas hose and regulator to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten securely.
• Ensure the propane tank is placed at a safe distance from the fire pit, as allowed by the hose length.
• Check all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak. Do not operate if a leak is detected.

1. Ignition Procedure (Piezo Electric Ignition)

• Ensure all gas connections are secure and the propane tank valve is fully open.
• Push and hold the electroplated control knob for 3 seconds.
• While still holding, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the 'MAX' position.
• Continue holding the knob for 5 seconds to allow gas to flow and the Piezo igniter to spark. The flame should ignite.
• If the flame does not ignite, release the knob, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the ignition procedure.

2. Flame Adjustment

• Once ignited, rotate the control knob to adjust the flame height and heat output to your desired level (between MIN and MAX).

• Secure the lid with the provided carrying strap to keep lava rocks contained during transport.
• Store the fire pit in a dry, protected area when not in use.

1. No Ignition / Weak Flame
