3.1 Step 1: Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the camera and accessories for any signs of damage. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

3.2 Step 2: Power Connection

Connect the provided power adapter to the camera's power input port. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its startup sequence.

3.3 Step 3: App Download and Account Creation

Download the "CloudEye 365" app (or specified app) from your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account or log in if you already have one.

3.4 Step 4: Camera Pairing with App

1. Open the app and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.

1. Mark the drilling positions using the mounting template (if provided) or the camera base.
2. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if mounting on masonry or drywall.
