1. Power Installation (Batteries or AC Adapter)

Your trash can can be powered by 4 D-size batteries (not included) or an optional AC adapter (sold separately).

2. Odor Filter Installation

The AbsorbX Odor Filter helps neutralize odors. A filter is included with your purchase.

To install a trash bag:

1. Remove the lid from the trash can body.
2. Place a standard 13-gallon trash bag into the can, ensuring the top edge of the bag is folded over the rim.
3. Secure the trash bag by placing the lid back onto the can, ensuring the bag is tucked neatly under the lid's rim.

1. Motion Sensor Operation

The Sensor 2.0 Technology provides reliable, touch-free operation.

• To open the lid: Wave your hand approximately 6 inches above the sensor. The lid will open automatically.
• To close the lid: The lid will close automatically after a few seconds of inactivity.

1. Odor Filter Replacement

The AbsorbX Odor Filter should be replaced periodically to maintain optimal odor control. Sign up for free text message reminders for replacement.

• Replace the filter every 3 months, or sooner depending on usage and odor levels.
• To replace, open the lid, remove the old filter from its holder, and insert a new AbsorbX Odor Filter.
