Olsberg support FAQ
Распаўсюджаныя пытанні аб інструкцыях, рэгістрацыі і падтрымцы гэтага брэнда.
-
What fuels are approved for use in Olsberg stoves?
Olsberg stoves are typically approved for natural chopped billet wood (max length approx. 33 cm) and wood briquettes to DIN EN 14691. Using moist wood or treated wood is prohibited as it can damage the stove and chimney.
-
How do I correctly ignite my Olsberg stove?
To ignite, stack small amounts of firewood with kindling and an igniter on top. Open the combustion air slide valve completely (often position 'II' or similar) and close the door. Once a basic firebed is established, add more fuel according to the heat requirement.
-
What causes condensation on the combustion air duct?
At extremely low outdoor temperatures, condensation can occur on the combustion air duct if cold air is drawn in from outside. It is recommended to insulate the duct with suitable material to prevent this.
-
Can Olsberg stoves be used with ventilation systems?
Yes, many Olsberg stoves have national technical approval for room-air independent operation. This allows them to be used simultaneously with approved ventilation systems, provided the installation complies with local building regulations.
