3.2. SIM Card Installation & Device Activation

1. Open the back cover of the GPS tracker.
2. Insert a Nano SIM card into the designated slot. Ensure the SIM card has an active data plan (15-30MB/month recommended).

After downloading, sign up for an account, log in, and bind your device by scanning its IMEI or manually entering it.

4.2. Real-time Tracking & Positioning

The device uses a synergy of GPS, BDS, and LBS for accurate positioning, displayed on the LNCOON platform. You can view your vehicle's current location and historical routes in real-time.

4.3. Remote Fuel/Power Cut-off

To remotely immobilize your vehicle, you must first set an SOS number and designate one as the 'Center number'. Only the center number can initiate the fuel cut-off via the app/PC or by sending an SMS command: Relay,1#.

  • Verify that your country's network supports 2G (for JM-C21) or 4G (for JM-C41). If your country lacks a 2G GSM network, ensure you are using the 4G version.
• Remote Fuel Cut-off Not Working:
  • Confirm that an SOS number has been set as the 'Center number' in the app/platform.
  • Ensure the SMS command Relay,1# is sent from the designated center number.
  • Check the relay wiring for proper connection.
