3.2 Attaching a Pipette Tip
- Select the appropriate pipette tip for your desired volume range.
- Firmly attach the tip to the tip ejector collar of the pipette. Ensure a secure seal to prevent leaks and ensure accurate pipetting.

- Press the piston button down to the first stop.
- Immerse the tip into the liquid to be aspirated.
- Slowly release the piston button to draw the liquid into the tip.
4.2 Liquid Discharge
- Place the tip against the inner wall of the receiving vessel at a slight angle.
- Press the piston button down to the first stop to dispense the liquid.
- To ensure complete discharge and prevent residue, continue pressing the piston button down to the second stop (blow-out function).
- Hold for a moment, then release the piston button.
4.3 Tip Ejection
After dispensing the liquid, use the tip ejector to safely remove the used tip. Press the tip ejector button to release the tip into a waste container.
