5. Настройка
- Распакуйце: Carefully remove the RF Signal Generator from its packaging. Verify that all components are present (RF signal source tester unit).
- Падключэнне сілкавання: Connect an 8-12V DC power adapter (not included) to the DC power input jack on the rear panel of the device.
- RF Output Connection: Connect the RF OUT BNC connector on the front panel to the input of the device you wish to test (e.g., walkie-talkie antenna input) using an appropriate BNC cable. Ensure the connection is secure.

Important: Ensure no power is being fed into the RF OUT port from the connected device, as this can cause irreparable damage.

- Audio Modulation ON/OFF: Націсніце F4 key to toggle the built-in 800Hz audio signal modulation ON or OFF.
6.2 Налада частоты

- Enter the desired frequency using the Лічбавыя клавішы. The display shows 7 digits (e.g., 439.0125MHz is entered as 4390125).
- Quick Integer Frequency Input: To quickly input an integer frequency (e.g., 430MHz), enter "4", "3", then press F3. На дысплеі будзе паказана 430.0000.
- Step Frequency Setting: While the cursor points to the frequency, press and hold F3 to save the currently displayed frequency as the step frequency for future adjustments with the Up/Down keys.
6.3 Output Signal Strength Setting

- Enter the desired output power value using the Лічбавыя клавішы. The range is -70 to -132dBm.
- Adjust step-by-step using the Up/Down Arrow keys.
6.4 Sub-tone Setting
The device supports both analog and digital sub-tones.
6.4.1 Analog Sub-tone Setting

- To set an arbitrary analog sub-tone (50.0-280.0Hz): Directly input 4 digits of the sub-audio point. If the value has fewer than 4 digits, add leading "0"s.
- Example: For 88.5Hz, input 0, 8, 8, 5.
- After inputting, use the Up/Down Arrow keys to adjust in steps of 0.1Hz.
- To select from standard 50 sets of sub-tones: Input 0, 0, 0, 0. Then use the Up/Down Arrow keys to cycle through the standard sub-tones, starting from 67Hz.
6.4.2 Digital Sub-tone Setting

- This signal source is primarily designed for testing the sensitivity of analog walkie-talkies in narrow-band FM mode. It is not suitable for testing the receiving sensitivity of standard radios.
- The maximum output of -70dBm is in the microvolt (uV) level, which is appropriate for sensitivity testing.
