This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your MEIZU Lucky 08 AI 5G Smartphone. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

3.1. Ўстаноўка SIM-карты
The MEIZU Lucky 08 supports Dual SIM functionality. Use the provided SIM tool to open the SIM tray and insert your Nano-SIM cards. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray.

To power on your device, press and hold the power button located on the side. For initial charging, connect the provided charger and USB cable to the phone and a power outlet. The device supports 33W fast charging.
3.3. Google Play Store and Language Settings
Your MEIZU Lucky 08 is a Chinese version and comes with the official ROM, which includes Google Framework and Google Play Services. However, the Google Play Store is not pre-installed by default.
- If you received a "Sealed box" version: You will need to install the Google Play Store yourself. Download the APK from apkpure.com.
- If you chose "Install Play Store" option: The seller has opened the box to install the Google Play Store for you.
The phone supports English and Chinese by default. After updating the phone system to the latest version, it supports English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese languages. Note that language translation may not be 100% complete.

4.5. Outdoor Work Mode
The Outdoor Work Mode is designed to enhance the user experience in outdoor environments by adjusting various phone settings. This mode will be available via future OTA updates.

5.1. System Updates (OTA)
The MEIZU Lucky 08 supports OTA (Over-The-Air) system updates. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life before performing updates. System updates will not delete the Play Store.

Performing a factory reset will delete the Google Play Store. If you factory reset your device, you will need to reinstall the Play Store manually using the instructions in Section 3.3.

The phone features a Titan Shield Structure with certifications for durability, including a reinforced structure, drop impact protection, and precision assembly. It has undergone 500 cycles of tumble tests, 10,000 micro-drop tests, 20,000 USB port tests, and 200k button durability tests.

If you experience network issues, ensure your SIM cards are properly installed and that your local operator's network supports the phone's frequency bands. Refer to the 'Specifications' section for supported network frequencies.
6.2. Google Play Store Installation Failure
If the Google Play Store APK from apkpure.com fails to install, try downloading from the alternative webсайт: 1drv.ms.
6.3. Language and Notifications

- Chinese Notifications: Some system notifications may only appear in Chinese.
- App Notification Delays: If apps experience notification delays, set the app to "allow background running" and "allow self-startup" in settings. If the issue persists, wait for app updates. This is not a phone quality issue.
6.4. Google Services Limitations (Chinese Version)
- The voice assistant only supports Chinese. While Google Voice Assistant can be installed, it may not respond to commands like 'Hey Google'.
- Google Wallet may not be able to use NFC.
- Third-party desktop launchers may not be set as default.
- Android AUTO is not supported.
- The Google Pixel Watch app is not supported.

8.2. Software Support Limitations
We do not provide ROOT services or services for installing other ROMs (such as global ROMs). As mobile phones are special high-value customized products, local returns for hardware failure are not supported; the device would need to be returned to China.
8.3. Power Plug Adapter
A power plug suitable for your country will be provided based on your order address (European, British, or Australian standard power conversion plugs). The phone includes a Chinese standard charger by default (compatible with standards in the United States, Japan, Mexico, etc.).

- Car Connectivity: Be aware that the Chinese version of the phone does not support Android AUTO. If you intend to connect to car systems like Geely Galaxy E5 or Geely Starship 7 via Flyme Link, verify compatibility with the specific car model and Flyme OS version, as full functionality may be limited due to regional software differences.
