3.1 Фізічная ўстаноўка

  1. Выберыце месца: Select an outdoor location with good 4G signal reception and ample sunlight for the solar panel. Ensure the camera has a clear view вобласці, якую вы хочаце кантраляваць.

3.2 SIM Card and Storage Card Installation

  1. Insert 4G SIM Card: This camera operates on a 4G network and does not support WiFi. Insert a 4G data SIM card into the designated SIM card slot. The camera comes with a built-in cloud SIM with a factory standard 100M 4G data.

Once paired, you can access the live feed from all four lenses through the HiEasy app. The four-screen display allows for comprehensive monitoring of different areas simultaneously.

4.2 PTZ Control and Optical Zoom

  • Electric PTZ: Use the controls within the HiEasy app to remotely pan the main camera 355° horizontally and tilt it 100° vertically.
  • 12-кратны аптычны зум: The app also allows you to utilize the 12X optical zoom feature to get closer details of distant objects without losing clarity.

4.4 Humanoid Detection and Auto-Tracking

Enable AI functions in the app for intelligent monitoring:

  • No WiFi Support: This is a 4G camera version and does NOT support 2.4G WiFi connection. Ensure you are using a valid 4G SIM card.
  • No NVR/DVR or PC Client Support: This camera does not support ONVIF protocol for integration with NVRs or DVRs, nor does it have a dedicated PC client. All operations are via the HiEasy mobile app.
  • Cloud Recording Not Found: Cloud storage is a paid subscription service. If you cannot find cloud recordings, ensure you have an active subscription.
  • Няма начнога бачання: Verify that the camera's night vision settings are correctly configured in the app. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the IR or white lights.

  • Poor 4G Signal: If the camera frequently disconnects or has poor video quality, check the 4G signal strength in the camera's location. Consider repositioning the camera or solar panel for better reception.
