5. Ўстаноўка
5.1 Выбар месца ўстаноўкі
- The sensor is designed for indoor use only. Do not install it outdoors or in areas exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Avoid placing the sensor near heat sources (e.g., heaters, air conditioners, vents) or in direct drafts, as this can cause false alarms.
- Install the sensor in a location where its detection area covers the desired entry points or high-traffic zones.
- The recommended installation height is approximately 2 meters (6.5 feet) from the floor. This height helps optimize detection and minimize false alarms.

- Identify the desired mounting location on a wall.
- Use the provided screws to attach the installation stent (bracket) securely to the wall.
- Slide the PIR motion detector onto the installed stent. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.

6.1 Уключэнне/выключэнне
Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the sensor (refer to Figure 6). Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to activate the sensor and to 'OFF' to power it down.
6.2 Pairing with Alarm System
Once powered on, the sensor needs to be paired with your compatible KERUI alarm system. Refer to your alarm system's manual for specific instructions on how to add wireless sensors. Typically, this involves putting the alarm panel into 'learning' or 'pairing' mode and then triggering the PIR sensor (e.g., by moving in front of it) to register it with the system.

When motion is detected, the sensor's red alarm indicator light will illuminate briefly, and a signal will be sent to your connected alarm system.

The sensor is powered by a 9V 6F22 battery. The typical battery life is around 3 to 4 months, but this can vary depending on usage frequency. The sensor features a low power indication. If the motion sensor's red light isn't on when motion is detected, or if it fails to trigger the host alarm system, it's time to replace the battery.
- Carefully remove the sensor from its mounting bracket.
