3.1 Макет прылады

3.2 Усталёўка і зарадка акумулятара

- Insert the 5000mAh Li-battery, ensuring proper alignment of the contacts.

- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the device and the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The device will indicate charging status.
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours, providing over 13 hours of continuous working time or up to 300 hours of standby time.

The device supports Dual SIM cards and a Micro SD (TF) card for expanded storage.
- Locate the SIM/Micro SD card slot, typically under the battery cover or on the side of the device (refer to Figure 4).
- Carefully insert the SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into their respective slots.
- Ensure they are properly seated before closing any covers.

- Press and hold the Power key (refer to Figure 4) until the device vibrates and the screen lights up.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial Android setup, including language, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

4.2 Barcode Scanning Function
The Q500 is equipped with a Honeywell HS7 scan engine for superior 1D and 2D barcode decoding. The scanning function is managed via a dedicated application.
4.2.1 Scan Code Settings
Access the scan code settings application to configure scanning behavior. The default settings are generally suitable for most uses.

- Focus Input: When enabled, scanned code results are input into the current interface's focus box. Disabled by default.
- Send Broadcast: Scanning results are sent via broadcasting and are not displayed in the focus input box. Closed by default.
- Configuration Prefix/Suffix: Allows adding a custom string before or after the scanned barcode data.
- Shortcut Suffix: Configures a function to execute after a scan result is output (e.g., Enter, Tab, Space, CR_LF).

- Continuous Code Scanning Switch: When ON, the device can continuously scan multiple barcodes.
- Automatic Code Scanning Switch: When ON, pressing and holding the scan button will continuously scan codes.
- Same Code Scanning Interval: Prevents processing of the same barcode within a set interval.
4.2.3 Using the Scanning Tool
The Digital Scan Tool interface allows testing and displaying scan results.

Click the scan button on the interface or the physical scan button to initiate scanning. The display shows decoded content, data length, encoding type, cursor type, and decoding time.

5.3 Ахова навакольнага асяроддзя
The Q500 is designed with IP67 protection, making it resistant to dust and water. It can withstand drops from up to 1.5 meters and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C. However, avoid intentional exposure to extreme conditions beyond its specifications.

- Some barcodes cannot be read:
Check if the barcode is dirty or unclear. Digital barcodes displayed on screens may not be readable by laser scanners. Ensure the specific barcode type is activated in the device settings. If issues persist, contact customer support. - Data cannot be sent to my computer:
If the device is in inventory mode, it stores scans internally. Scan the 'Manual data upload' barcode to transfer the scanned codes to your connected device. - Messy code problem with foreign languages:
The default language is English. Refer to the 'Language Setting' chapter in the device's software to change the setting. - Прылада не ўключаецца:
Ensure the battery is properly installed and charged. If the battery is low, connect the device to the charger. - Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/4G/Bluetooth):
Check network settings, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the correct network, or that the SIM card is properly inserted and has an active data plan. For Bluetooth, ensure the device is discoverable and within range.
