The Kaito KA339W offers four ways to power the unit:

Ручная шатуна: Rotate the hand crank clockwise or counter-clockwise for approximately 3-5 minutes to generate power for basic operation or to charge the internal battery. A charging indicator light may illuminate.
Панэль сонечных батарэй: Place the radio with the solar panel facing direct sunlight. The solar panel charges the internal battery. Charging efficiency depends on sunlight intensity.
USB Charging (DC IN 5V): Connect the included USB cable to the DC IN 5V port on the radio and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The charging indicator light will illuminate. This is the fastest way to fully charge the internal battery.
Батарэі AA: Open the battery compartment and insert 3 AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings. This provides an alternative power source when the internal battery is depleted.

Note: For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the internal battery via USB before first use.

Siren Operation

Locate the Siren Switch.
Slide the switch to the "SIREN" position to activate the emergency siren.
Slide the switch back to "OFF" to deactivate the siren.
Caution: The siren is loud. Use only in emergency situations.

Charging External Devices (USB Out)

Ensure the internal battery of the KA339W is sufficiently charged.
Connect your external device's USB charging cable to the USB Output Port on the KA339W.
The KA339W will begin charging your device. Charging speed may vary.
Note: This feature is intended for emergency charging of small devices like mobile phones. It may not fully charge larger devices.
