• How do I know if my Airfree unit is working?

  Check the top lid of the device. If the top lid is warm to the touch, the Thermodynamic Sterilization System (TSS™) is functioning correctly. The unit operates silently, so heat is the primary indicator of operation.

• Do Airfree air purifiers require filter replacements?

  No. Airfree purifiers utilize a heated ceramic core to destroy impurities rather than trapping them in a filter, so they are maintenance-free and require no replacement parts.

• Does the Airfree purifier generate heat in the room?

  While the ceramic core heats up to sterilize the air, the contribution to the room temperature is insignificant. Two Airfree devices in the same room generate roughly as much heat as one adult human.
