To enter pairing mode, power on the device and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly (usually in blue). It will then be discoverable in your device's Bluetooth settings.
Ensure the strip is in pairing mode and your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled. Keep the devices within a 10-meter (33 feet) range without obstructions. If the issue persists, forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings, restart both devices, and try pairing again.
Most indoor models, including the standard Aurboos WS2812B LED strip, are not waterproof. They should be kept away from liquids and moisture to avoid damage.
The Aurboos WS2812B LED strip requires a dedicated 5V power supply to be used in conjunction with the WS2812 controller. Do not use higher voltage adapters as they may damage the strip.
