Plug the USB dongle into your PC's USB-A port. The dongle will flash blue to indicate pairing mode. Turn on your headset and hold the multi-function button to enter pairing mode. The devices will pair automatically.
Check your PC audio settings. Click the speaker icon and ensure 'Hands-free AG Audio' (or the specific Dongle setting) is selected as your default audio device rather than 'Stereo', which is intended for music only.
