• How do I connect my GRAN EYE system to the app?

  Install the GranDarts App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Log in or create a GRAN account, open the menu, select Device Settings, choose GRAN EYE, and follow the on-screen initial setup steps including Wi-Fi, Focus, and Calibration.

• What kind of charger do I need for the GRAN EYE Base Unit?

  For a stable power supply, it is highly recommended to use a charger that supports USB-C PD (Power Delivery).

• Where should the cameras be mounted around the dartboard?

  Place the mounting jig on the outer edge of the number 13 to align the brackets. Secure the brackets with temporary double-sided tape, then permanently mount them using screws. Finally, remove the lens caps, connect the USB cables, and slide the cameras onto the brackets until they click.

• Can I use my existing GRANBOARD account for GRAN EYE?

  Yes, if you have already created an account for a GRANBOARD device, you can log in and use your existing account to connect and track scores on the GRAN EYE.
