Verify that the green status indicator light on the front of the device is blinking. A blinking green light indicates the device is active and ready.
The expiry date is printed on the rear of the Pad-Pak cartridge. The device must not be used if the date has passed.
You can register your device online through the designated Warranty Registration page on the HeartSine website or by mailing the registration card included with the product.
