Ink Cartridge Care

• Always turn off the printer before installing or removing ink cartridges to extend printer life and prevent damage.
• When the ink cartridge is not in use, promptly close its protective cover to prevent the ink from drying out.
• To clean the nozzle, gently wipe it in one direction with a soft paper towel lightly dampened with alcohol before each use.

Printer Screen Not Working

Printer Cannot Print

• Check whether the timing belt on the left side of the printer is dislodged from its groove.
• Verify that there is sufficient ink in the ink cartridge.
• Switch the nozzle of the printer in the settings menu.
• Turn off the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridge securely.

Printing Not Clear

• Ensure the ink cartridge nozzle is clean and dry. Wipe it carefully with a clean, soft tissue.
• With the printer off, remove the ink cartridge, shake it nozzle-down several times, and then press a clean paper towel against the nozzle surface to draw out ink.
• Switch the nozzle of the printer in the settings menu.
• If the above operations do not resolve the issue, please replace the ink cartridge.

Wire Drawing Phenomenon (Streaking)

• The ink cartridge uses quick-drying ink, which can sometimes lead to streaking. Carefully wipe the nozzle with a clean, soft tissue and try switching the nozzle in the printer settings.
• Always install the protective cover on the ink cartridge when not in use to prevent drying.

Printing on Bottles or Curved Surfaces

• A metal positioning plate is provided to assist with printing on curved surfaces like bottles. For detailed steps and best practices, contact customer service.
