-
How do I pair a remote Eartec UltraLITE headset to the Main headset?
Clear the Main headset by pressing the programming button 7 times until it blinks blue. Then set the Main and Remote headsets to pairing mode. On the remote, press volume down 3 times and hold volume up. Once the LEDs turn solid blue, the headsets are linked.
-
How do I mute the microphone on my Eartec EVADE or UltraLITE headset?
Most Eartec models feature an AutoMute function. Simply swivel the microphone boom over the top into the 'UP' position to automatically mute the microphone.
-
Where can I get my Eartec communication system repaired?
Eartec offers factory repair services. You must call 1-800-399-5994 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number before shipping your equipment to their factory in Narragansett, RI.
-
What should I do if my Eartec headset beeps every 20 seconds?
A repetitive beep every 20 seconds indicates low battery power. You should immediately charge the lithium polymer battery using the multi-charger or replace it with a fully charged spare battery.

How many remote headsets can be linked to a single MAIN headset?
While Eartec systems are expandable, generally only one MAIN headset can be used per set, and up to four REMOTE headsets can be paired directly to the MAIN. Base stations like The HUB can further expand user capacity.
